After cut glass, we need put glass into a grinding machine to make the edge polished to very shinning edge
Tempering
4 hour tempering, use imported tempering material to make sure glass very strong
Ultra-sonic wash
Ultra-sonic wash, there are 27 washing slot, to make sure glass super clean
Silk printing edge(Black Frame)
to print 2.5D black edge
